Breathing:

As silly as it may sound, breathing is very important. Best of all it's free. But of course we mean correct breathing. If you're not feeling right, panic attacks, depressed, dizzy, headache, migraine - then try this simply technique.

  • Breathe in slowly in about the count of 4 through your nose.

  • Hold that breath for around the count of 4.

  • Breathe out slowly in about 7 through your mouth.

  • Repeat as necessary.

 

NB. Do not breathe too quickly, or do this technique for too long, or you will hyper ventilate and may pass out!

It is really the holding of breathe that will relax you, but the slow in and out removes the bad feelings from your karma as well - like blowing away the bad cobwebs. Try to think of nice, happy, or successful things, as you do it.

You will only need to do this about 5 times to feel at ease. Give this technique a chance. It really works for me. It deals with stress and panic attacks. And can help to focus your mind for creative tasks.

Best of all you can do it anywhere largely unnoticed. On the buss, whatever. Without feeling conspicuous.
