Self Help:

If you live near to London SE27 (West Norwood/Crystal Palace) and are interested in self help group therapy sessions, then please get in contact.

The aim is simple - to create a group of like minded people who can help each other

I aim to make this as FREE as possible, but practicalities like hiring a regular venue, guest speakers expenses and so on, may mean that some financial contribution is necessary. Let me know if you would be interested in joining, or helping to form, such a group via email SelfHelpSe27@StressRelax.co.uk.

It would aim to cover all the normal "life problems" like depression, panic attacks, stress, bad relationships, death and self worth. For biggies like suicide and abuse we would have to refer you to a professional, though you'd be welcome to come as well if it helps. But it would have to be in addition to professional help. We are only a group of individuals.

Logo Therapy and Life Coaching would certainly be a part of our activities.
